Responsibility & Deliverable
1. Ensure achieving monthly targets on a regular basis.
2. Find prospects and leads & increase the sales conversion ratio.
3. Ensure revenue generation to meet up the company overall goal.
4. Build client relation for more customer base.
Tasks & Activities
1. Lead Generation by their own source and through existing client
2. Understand all prospect’s needs and act as their consultant
3. Keep increasing the conversion ratio.
4. Client on-boarding service, Welcome call & product services.
5. Maintain good client relations for retention and more reference to increase business volume.
6. Continuous learning about new products and market
7. Attending business-related seminars and training.
8. Report to the L2 with all data & reports.
