How to unblock a blocked user?
If a client enters an invalid password more than three times during login or 2FA authentication, the account will be blocked. The "Unblock User" feature in the login screen will help clients unblock their accounts by filling in the necessary inputs, which means entering a registered e-mail ID and a valid Pan Number. After the account gets unblocked, it will redirect to the login page where the usual login workflow takes place.
